How to Activate Roadside Assistance?

These services will be activated 24 hours after the activation of the certificate and cover special cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles that do not exceed 3500 kg. Therefore, these services are valid 25 km away from our customer’s permanent residence. This certificate will become invalid when the vehicle exceeds 300,000 km. This service is only valid if the license holder is with the vehicle.
There is no obligation for the license holder to be at the vehicle for company vehicles. This certificate is not a traffic insurance or insurance policy. It can never be sold for money.
